The Nosh Menu has been brought to you by a team of people dedicated to making your
life easier! Together with Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs, Nosh have developed a
range of meals that will have you feeling and looking great without losing any of
the enjoyable aspects of great food.
We all want to eat healthy food, and yet time constrictions force us into making
the wrong dietary decisions when it comes to meal choices. Nosh meals are the perfect
solution, making your meal time magic, not only do they taste fantastic, but they
are made with only the healthiest of ingredients, no preservatives, no bad fats,
and no high GI carbohydrates. So losing weight and keeping it off is easier and
more enjoyable.
We know how important it is to keep yourself and your family healthy and well-fed,
especially when trying to keep up with the increasingly heavy demands of our hectic
